The teachings of the Diamond Logos are based on a vision of three-dimensional reality, which includes the Dimension of the Absolute, the Dimension of the Relative, and the Dimension of Essence.

The Absolute is what we define as pure Being. It is a field of pure potentiality, impersonal, without definition and form. It is the dimension of reality from which everything originates and to which everything returns in the dissolution of form.

The dimension of the Relative is the reality in which the Absolute takes shape as form and substance. It is the manifestation of physical reality, visible and tangible. It is the material world that surrounds us and the living beings that inhabit it. This aspect of reality that is most familiar to us and occupies much of our attention and awareness, because physical reality is closely connected to the survival of the body, and to instincts, challenges, and fears that greatly influence the human psyche.

Both of these dimensions have been extensively studied and explored by spirituality on one side and science on the other, and precisely because they are often seen and experienced as two opposite and irreconcilable realities, they have become the emblem of our inner division, of the perceived dichotomy between spirit and matter.

The main focus of the Diamond Logos Teachings is the revelation of the third dimension of reality, what we call the Dimension of Essence. This dimension reunites and resolves within itself the duality between the absolute and relative, between spirit and matter. This is possible because the DLT places the human being, the indiviudal human soul, at the center of its vision of reality. In this vision, each of us has the ability to maintain contact with the essential and the divine nature of the absolute, while living an embodied life within the material world. Even as we accept the limitations of relative existence, we have the opportunity to manifest the essential and absolute dimensions within the relative.

Essence is indeed what we naturally are, the fabric of our true Self that lies beyond conditioning, cultural overlays, wounds, and psychological traumas. It is the universal substance of which we are individual vehicles in the physical world. For this reason, it is what essentially makes us human.

Essence is a subtle yet substantial dimension, perceptible through the senses, and manifesting in various aspects, which we call Essential Qualities.

Essential Qualities, such as Strength, Joy, Peace, Innocence, and Love, each have their own tangible characteristics in terms of texture, density, colour, and even the particular mood or atmosphere they evoke within the individual Soul.

When our awareness is oriented towards this dimension, when we recognize and perceive the flow of the different Essential Qualities in our body, the quality of our life and actions naturally changes. We return to feeling true, authentic, and human, aligned with the deepest values of our Being.

Our existence acquires new meaning and we can expand, rejoice, love, or simply feel solid and stable in ourselves, even in the face of life’s inevitable difficulties.

The work on Essence in the DLT offers us an accurate map of the Essential Dimension and its various qualities, a framework for understanding how we have lost connection with this authentic and human reality, and the tools to consciously reintegrate this dimension into our daily lives.
