Work ethic
The teachers accredited by the DLT International Academy adhere to a code of ethics to protect the relationship between teachers and students and the work itself.
The students who participate in the courses also sign an ethical and confidentiality agreement towards the work, the teachers and other students.
SIAF, the professional trade association to which we are registered as Counselor Trainers, also commits us to a relationship of coherence, transparency and truthfulness with the client and how we inform about our work.
BHAKTA OECHSLIN
After completing my academic studies, I worked in the field of Graphic Arts before becoming a disciple of Osho in 1976.
I worked, meditated, and lived in Osho’s communities for over 12 years in India and the United States.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to personal growth and the practice of awareness and meditation. I have training in Co-dependency Counseling and Ericksonian Hypnosis. I also have training and experience in leading the Mystic Rose and other therapeutic meditation processes.
I offer individual sessions and experiential seminars on Relational Awareness, Ego Psychology, Enneagram, and Diamond Logos Teachings in Europe and Asia.
In both group and individual work, I integrate psychological understanding with the practice of awareness and meditation, drawing inspiration from Osho’s vision and the spiritual teachings of DLT.
I am registered as a Holistic Counselor Trainer with the Professional Category Association SIAF – Italian Society of Family Harmonizers – Code n. T0018T-CO.
AMANA SPOSITO
I have over a decade of professional experience in designing and coordinating training projects.
Since 1992, after becoming a disciple of Osho, I have dedicated myself to personal growth and spiritual exploration. I trained in India and later in Europe in breath work and Bioenergetics, Co-dependency, and Relational Systemic approaches.
In 1999, I met Faisal Muqaddam and began training with him in the DLT. Since 2016, I have also been attending DLT teacher trainings.
Since 2000, I have been working as a Counselor in Europe and Asia. I offer individual sessions and seminars on Relational Awareness, Childhood Deconditioning, Enneagram and DLT.
With Bhakta, we have developed a professional training path of Relational Counseling, “Essential Relating,” which is the culmination of our human and professional experiences in the field of helping relationships.
Since 2010, I have been assisting and then co-teaching with Bhakta in the DLT.
I am registered as a Holistic Counselor Trainer with the Professional Category Association SIAF – Italian Society of Family Harmonizers – Code n. T0019T-CO.
Individual Sessions
Sometimes we find ourselves facing personal, professional, or spiritual difficulties, and we are unable to connect with that inner clarity that guides us back to our natural balance. At these times, without support, it is difficult to get in touch with and align with our truth.
In an individual session, you will be guided through a process of experiential understanding, allowing you to recognize what is generating the difficulty in your life. From a space of non-judgement and receptive listening, you will be supported in working through the obstacles that prevent you from reconnecting with your wisdom and inner resources.
While the work is based in modern spiritual psychology, incorporating bioenergetics, systemic, attachment theory, co-dependency, and inner child work, it is carried out with a predominantly somato-psychological approach aimed at developing awareness at multiple levels: sensory, emotional, and mental. The exploration process itself, mainly focused on self-inquiry and remaining present to one’s inner movements, naturally leads to understanding and integration.
For those already familiar with Essence work, the exploration also includes this dimension.
